I'm single because my relationship with my ex didn't work out. He couldn't see the things he was doing was a problem for me and he felt like there was nothing wrong. I got tired of having to feel like I was last to everyone and everything so I stopped talking and stopped making myself available. By then he realized that there was a problem and he tried to change, but that change came too late. He wanted ME to wait til our relationship hit 1 year to figure out what HE wanted to do. Whether it was stay together or break up. Why should I have to? So I left. And honestly I feel much better being single. I've been single for 2 months and I'm just fine that way until the right person comes and changes all that.

I am single because I want to be. My definition of single is not being married. I am dating, but I am single. Not ready to put a ring on it. Right now I am in college and doing other things in my life that I want to put first.

It seems like women in general are single because of 1 of 2 reasons. Either they really want to be, or their is a deeper reason. Its easy to say men aren't shit just because we don't get what we want out of things, but that's not necisarily it. Most women have deeper demons that need to be fixed before they can love someone properly, after learning to love themselves. I'm guilty of this, I have a good man in my life, I just can't love him properly until I do so for myself. Its so easy to put the blame on a man instead of looking into ourselves. Which is why some women really can't keep a good man.

Im single by choice...i have really bad decision making skills when it comes to men. The fact that my most recent decisions in men and relationships have all ended in diasaster ive come to realize that just maybe it might not be all about men are dogs and that there are no good men left in the world it just might be there is something within me i need to work on and get right . So im just doin me right now and when the time is right i know god will put the right man in my life...i have no worries.

I ENJOY THE SINGLE LIFE...DONT GET ME WRONG IM NOT A HERMIT...I DO GO OUT ON DATES OR WHAT NOT...I STILL HAVE FUN...JUST NOT LOOKIN FOR A COMMITMENT...BUT I MUST ADMIT I DO MISS THE SECURITY OF BEING IN A COMMITED RELATIONSHIP SOMETIMES.

At this point in my life I need to be single....I just got out of a 4 year relationship that I thought was gonna lead to marriage but didn't work out that way...so now i'm focused on God, my family, and school....I wont be expecting love anytime soon just doin me

Thats right sista! same here, i'm almost out of college (May2010) and i have too much to think about....but on the other hand..i would like to come home to a loving sexy supporting man!!! oh well, he'll show up one day but until then..i gotta chase my paper!

I'm single because my boyfriend well my x is about to do a tour for the military and in his mind it would be selfish for me to wait for him..but ii have no problem with it..but at the end of the day him caring about my needs before his own is something that's hard to find so im gonna hold him down til he comes home safely because my heart won't let me do anything else

I like to say I'm single by choice and circumstance. I CHOOSE to surround myself with people who are positive, trustworthy, and loyal. In a man, I need to feel that he is all those things plus industrious, goal-orientated, spiritual, and like-minded. I CHOOSE to not be someone's other woman, bootycall, play toy, girlfriend #2. I CHOOSE to love myself, not above all others, but in spite of others. My CIRCUMSTANCE is that the men I meet dont always make the cut because they are lacking some of the above mentioned.

I am single because my X had too much idiol time (Devil's Time)to think about what I might be doing when he is not around or if a guy is in my face. I decided to leave cuz it wasn't healthy for me. Yes, what woman wouldn't want to have security and to feel appreciated by a man. I tend to attract the wrong type of men. I am reevaluating my life and whats best for me so that I can learn more about what I want and need for my own satisfaction and then "POOF" out of the woolworths a good man appears looking for me to embrace me with open arms!

i'm 24 and single never had a boyfriend . i think it's because of me weight and that i'm shy. i never seem to hold a guys attention long only for 1 thing. Plus i'm not 100% in love with myself.
